Mountain Warehouse follow Hallmark and Huge High wire attraction in signing up at Festival Park
Festival Park, Ebbw Vale is flying high at the moment, following the recent store opening of international card retailer Hallmark, owner Chester Properties has revealed that the leading outdoor retailer Mountain Warehouse will also be taking a 3,000 square feet unit at the Centre.
This exciting news follows on from the successful planning consent for the largest outdoor adventure centre in Wales and will see Festival Park becoming the only outlet shopping centre in the UK to offer visitors this type of attraction.
The £600,000 investment will open to visitors early next year and further enhance the leisure offer at the ever changing shopping outlet. The attraction will include giant swings, zip wires, climbing and abseiling, slides, aerial trekking, lateral bungees and a parachute drop the height of a five storey building.

Influx Of New Tenants At Festival Park
Klass, Berwin & Berwin and Eduardo Pelle follow Nike Factory Outlet
Chester Properties have announced a batch of new lettings at Festival Park Outlet centre in Ebbw Vale. Nike Factory Outlet is the latest to commit to the scheme taking 8,000 square feet, opening a new store on October 28th.
Berwin & Berwin, one of Europe's largest suit producers is taking 1,500 square feet stocking brands including Ted Baker, Ben Sherman, Daniel Hechter and Lambretta. Klass collection, the stylish womenswear brand are also taking 1,500 square feet.
Leading accessories brand Eduardo Pelle have committed to 1,500 square feet at the centre stocking a range of stylish leather handbags, leather accessories such as purses and wallets and fashion accessories.
Ian Sanderson of Chester said "We are achieving our goal of transforming the look, feel and performance of the centre. In the past 12 months' we have attracted M&S Outlet, Gap Outlet reached full occupancy and opened the UK's largest super tubing run and the region's biggest adventure play castle. Turnover and has risen by 46% over the last year, with Nike yet to open its doors.
The catchment now extends to Newport to the south and the A40 corridor towns such as Monmouth and Abergavenny to the North and East".
Nike To Open At Festival Park
World's leading sports brand to take 8,000sq ft superstore
Festival Park, Branded Outlet Shopping, Ebbw Vale is delighted to announce that Nike, the world's leading sports brand, is taking a 8,000 sq ft unit for a Nike Factory Superstore.
Nike is the world's leading supplier of athletic shoes and apparel and a major manufacturer of sports equipment. They sponsor the worlds leading sports personalities like 2010 Wimbledon champion Rafeal Nadal and Tiger Woods.
The new unit, set to open in autumn 2010, represents a major coup for Festival Park, creating 22 new jobs and follows the recent brand openings of Marks & Spencer and Gap at the Centre. This fantastic news follows the recent opening of the longest supertubing run in the UK and Red Dragon's adventure castle.
The 8,000 sq ft store will stock authentic Nike products including footwear, clothing, and accessories for men, women and children. As at other stores at Festival Park, shoppers will benefit from very significant savings on RRPs.

Fully Let Festival Park
Following the recent announcement that Gap will open a new store at Festival Park, the centre has today announced that it is fully let with the arrival of Tribe Clothing.
The Menswear retailer has chosen to expand its current portfolio of three stores and move into outlet retailing. Tribe is the second oldest menswear retailer in South Wales stocking many leading brands including Henley's, Duck and Cover, Gio Goi, Teddy Smith, Fcuk,Voi plus many more.
Stuart Owens, Owner, Tribe Clothing said "I have decided to expand my business and move into the outlet sector, I have been impressed with the recent changes at Festival Park including Marks and Spencer opening and Gap arriving soon, and feel that my brand is well suited to trade well from the centre."

The new Tribe store will be open to customers between 9.30am and 5.30pm on Monday to Saturday, with late night shopping till 7pm on Thursday, and 11am to 5pm on Sunday.
